REFUND POLICY
At The Nook we strive to provide the highest quality services and products. Due to the nature of our business, we have the following refund policy:
Services
All services are non-refundable once they have been performed.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
We will gladly offer a complimentary correction or adjustment for the same service.
Corrections must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on a change of mind or unrealistic expectations discussed prior to the service
Products
Retail products may be returned within 5 days of purchase with a receipt.
Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Opened or used products are non-refundable, unless found to be defective.
Sale items are final sale.
Packages, Memberships & Gift Cards
All packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Missed appointments and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Health & Allergies
Clients are responsible for informing myself of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service.
Refunds will not be issued for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
