REFUND POLICY

At The Nook we strive to provide the highest quality services and products. Due to the nature of our business, we have the following refund policy:

Services

  • All services are non-refundable once they have been performed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We will gladly offer a complimentary correction or adjustment for the same service.

  • Corrections must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on a change of mind or unrealistic expectations discussed prior to the service

Products

  • Retail products may be returned within 5 days of purchase with a receipt.

  • Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund or store credit.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable, unless found to be defective.

  • Sale items are final sale.

Packages, Memberships & Gift Cards

  • All packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Missed appointments and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  • Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

Health & Allergies

  • Clients are responsible for informing myself of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service.

  • Refunds will not be issued for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
